Ace InfoTech LLC ("Ace InfoTech," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website and how it is handled.
Scope
This policy covers the Ace InfoTech corporate website only. It does not cover software or mobile applications that Ace InfoTech builds or supports for its clients. Privacy policies for client applications are published separately by the organizations that own those applications.
Information we collect
This website has no user accounts and no login. You can browse every page without submitting any personal information.
The contact form
If you choose to use the "Start a Conversation" form on the homepage, we collect what you enter:
- your name;
- your organization;
- your work email address;
- your phone number (optional);
- the topic you select; and
- your message.
This information is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. When you submit the form, it is transmitted as an email to our sales mailbox (sales@aceinfotech.us). We do not add you to marketing lists or send you promotional email without your consent.
Form submissions are retained as ordinary correspondence within our company mail system. To ask us to correct or delete information you sent through the form, email contact@aceinfotech.us and we will act on your request.
Server logs
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site records standard technical logs when pages are requested. These logs may include:
- your IP address;
- browser and device type (the "user agent");
- the pages requested and the date and time of the request;
- the referring page, if any.
Server logs are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used only for security monitoring, troubleshooting and routine website operation. They are retained according to the hosting provider's standard log-rotation practices and are not used to build visitor profiles.
Chat assistant ("Ask Ace")
The website offers an optional chat assistant. If you choose to use it, the messages you type and standard technical information (your IP address, browser type, and the page you chatted from) are processed by our chat service, which Ace InfoTech operates. To generate answers, your chat messages are also processed by a third-party AI infrastructure provider acting on our behalf; they are used to produce the reply, not for advertising.
The chat sets one functional cookie (kept for about 30 days) so your conversation stays connected, and uses browser storage for the widget's own state. Conversations are logged, together with the technical information above, for quality, security, and follow-up purposes. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers, passwords, or financial details) in the chat. If you never open the chat, no cookie is set and no conversation is created.
Cookies and analytics
Apart from the optional chat assistant's functional cookie and browser storage described above, this website does not set cookies — the contact form works without any cookie, tracker or client-side storage — and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first.
If you email or call us
The website also lists email addresses and a phone number. If you choose to email or call us directly, we receive the information you provide and use it to respond to you and to conduct ordinary business correspondence. We do not sell it.
Links to other sites
Pages on this site may link to external websites and documents. Those destinations have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent visitor information. Our hosting provider processes technical log data and relays contact-form email as part of operating the site and its mail service. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to a static informational website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and the current version will always be available at this address.
